At Southern Light Respite, we deliver NDIS-funded supports that are personalised, flexible, and focused on each participant’s goals. Our team collaborates with participants, families, and support networks to create tailored care plans that promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life.
Respite Care: Short stays that give carers a break while participants receive quality support in a safe, welcoming, and home-style environment.
Short-Term Accommodation (STA): Temporary NDIS-approved accommodation that supports daily routines, encourages independence, and offers meaningful, goal-based experiences.
In-Home Support: Support delivered in the participant’s own home, assisting with daily tasks and routines, while maintaining comfort, dignity, and choice.
Community Access: Support to take part in community activities, social outings, and skill-building experiences that increase confidence and connection.
Personal Care: Assistance with personal tasks such as hygiene, dressing, and meals, delivered respectfully and with a participant-led approach.
Our Hobart STA property is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants. With scenic river views, modern amenities, and spacious living areas, our facility offers a comfortable and homely setting that enhances the respite experience.
